Trainers Pathway
October 12 - 15, 2026
Elevate your trainer expertise with industry-leading aerial adventure training.
The Trainer Pathway is a structured, standards‑aligned development model designed to elevate the professionalism and consistency of aerial adventure course training.

Built directly from ACCT operational standards, our comprehensive trainer assessment tool provides a clear progression from developing apprentice to mentor trainer, emphasizing real‑world application, mentorship, and the ability to confidently teach others.

The Pathway translates complex operational requirements into practical, teachable competencies that match how modern guided, self‑guided, and facilitated programs actually function. Through observation, feedback, and hands‑on skill development, participants gain both technical expertise and the interpersonal skills needed to lead, coach, and grow future staff. The result is a shared language, a consistent training approach, and a stronger, safer operational culture for organizations of all sizes.
