Ridgeline Leadership LLC supports leaders, teams, and practitioners who operate where conditions are ambiguous, stakes are real, and decisions matter. Drawing from experiential education, outdoor leadership, and character-based development, we design experiences that are practical, reflective, and grounded in lived experience.

Our work emphasizes connection as the foundation for effective leadership. When people feel seen, valued, and heard, communication improves, trust strengthens, and teams are better equipped to navigate complexity together. Programs are intentionally adaptable, meeting groups where they are while challenging them to grow capacity, judgment, and leadership presence.

​Ms. Riggs facilitates, teaches, and mentors individuals, teams, and practitioners in complex, real-world learning environments. Her work focuses on building connection, strengthening communication, and supporting effective leadership through shared experience, reflection, and dialogue.
Through Ridgeline Leadership LLC, Kristina designs and delivers experience-based leadership and character development that helps people navigate ambiguity, conflict, and change with greater trust and cohesion. She is known for creating spaces where people feel seen, valued, and heard, allowing groups to engage honestly and learn with and from one another.
